The Succinct documentation describes software, protocols, networks, cryptographic systems, and other technology developed, maintained, or supported by Succinct Inc. (“Succinct”), including SP1 and the Succinct Prover Network (collectively, the “Technology”). The Technology and this documentation are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change.

No Warranties. The Technology is complex and evolving and may contain bugs, errors, defects, or security vulnerabilities. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Technology and this documentation are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security, reliability, availability, accuracy, or error-free operation. Succinct does not represent or warrant that the Technology will be secure or free from bugs, errors, defects, vulnerabilities, or other harmful components, or that any such issue will be identified, corrected, or remediated.

Security Information. Any descriptions of security properties, assumptions, audits, testing, safeguards, recommended configurations, or other security-related matters in this documentation are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a representation or warranty regarding the security of the Technology or any application, protocol, or system that uses or interacts with it. Audits, testing, and other security reviews cannot identify or eliminate all potential vulnerabilities.

User Responsibility. Users are responsible for evaluating the suitability, security, and risks of the Technology for their particular use case and for implementing appropriate security measures. Third-Party Technology. The Technology may interact with or depend upon third-party software, hardware, networks, protocols, blockchains, services, or other systems. Succinct does not control and is not responsible for the security, availability, performance, or operation of third-party technology.

Other Terms. This disclaimer supplements, and does not modify or supersede, any license terms, terms of service, agreement, or other terms applicable to particular Technology or services. If there is a conflict, the applicable license, agreement, or other specific terms will govern.
